Meet the Cast of “Biloxi Blues”

Joely Haregsin (Eugene Morris Jerome) Originally from Cambridge Springs and recently back after residing in New York City for the past 5 years, Joely thrived pursuing her passion of acting growing up in the theaters around Meadville. From “One Bad Apple” to “Pride and Prejudice,” some of her fondest memories growing up took place within the walls of MCT. She’s thrilled to be a part of “Biloxi Blues” in this new and wonderful theater and is excited for what the future brings for this wonderful troupe of amazing actors.

Riley V. Sheehan-Kohler (Arnold Epstein) happily returns to MCT as Arnold Epstein, a character they’ve deeply connected with during this production. Riley has previously been seen on the Penny Smith Theater stage as Clayton Asbury in “Pick Your Poison” and as an MC in Music & Motherhood. They’re grateful to work with such a wonderful cast and crew. Many thanks to their family, friends and partners; Riley couldn’t do this without their support.

Drake Mellring (Don Carney) This is Drake’s first show at MCT and his first play ever. He had done musicals before with MASH Drama. He enjoys acting and is planning on continuing doing plays and musicals in the future. This experience at MCT was new but exiting and had a fun experience and thanks everyone who has supported him along the way.

Aaron Stine (Sgt. Merwin J. Toomey) is excited to once again be on stage with Meadville Community Theatre, this time as Sgt. Merwin J. Toomey in “Biloxi Blues.” Aaron recently starred in MCT’S production of “Pick Your Poison” as Dr. Merlin Hayes. Other recent shows with MCT include William Shakespeare’s “Much Ado About Nothing,” “An Evening with Carol Burnett and Friends,” and “Small Jokes About Monsters.” Aaron is excited for another opportunity to work with the MCT community in this production and a special thanks to Chole Loose for taking a chance on Aaron.

Tanner Gable (James Hennesey) Tanner has some previous experience with acting. He was in CASH drama for a year and he acted in “Cry of the Banshee,” and he was stage help for “Sister Act Junior.” Tanner also has experience putting together sets and experience with electronics.

Tabitha Hollobaugh (Joseph Wykowski) This is her first time performing in a theatrical production, and she is excited to be a part of the experience. Although everything has been new, she had enjoyed learning from the cast and crew, building confidence, and discovering her love for performing and acting. She is thankful for everyone who has helped make this first production such a fun and memorable experience. She is thrilled to be performing in “Biloxi Blues.” When she’s not on stage, she’s enjoying spending time with her family, friends, crocheting, listening to music, trying new creative projects, and certainly not least hanging out and planning stuff with her fiancé. She’s so grateful for the cast, crew, and directors for making this experience so memorable. She thanks them all for all the help, advice, courage, and support!

Chole Loose (Roy Selridge) took to the stage at the age of eight, and in the following fifteen years has found every excuse to stay there. He would bury himself in theater averaging two to three shows a year, and branching out across the many roles it takes to put on those shows. As director and (begrudgingly) performer, “Biloxi Blues” has become the production Chole is most proud of. He is proud, not because of his own work, but because this production has proved to him something he had felt all along: theater is an artform that thrives when we set our egos and expectations aside to work together for the benefit of our art. He could not have done this alone, and he is thankful for all the hands and minds, onstage and off, that have made our production of “Biloxi Blues” a stellar experience.

Ashley Meyer (Rowena) is thrilled to join the cast of “Biloxi Blues” at MCT! You may have also seen her most recently as Adrian in “Stall,” but she has previously performed with the Erie Playhouse and PACA, and has loved being on stage for most of her life. She is so excited to be a part of this production and hopes you enjoy the show!

Rosalynd Phillips (Daisy Hanigan) is back at MCT again! You may recognize her from “Almost, Maine” in early 2026, among other local shows. She has been acting since 2022 and has no intentions of stopping. Rosalynd is an upcoming freshman at Allegheny College, and looks forward to partaking in acting, art, animation, technology, music, and other interests both on- and off-campus. She thanks everyone who supports her, and she also thanks herself for staying true to what she’s passionate about.
