A Rhythm Codger Reunion

Three old drummers of various and assorted attributes will do what they love to do. Rhythm, strings, singing, drone flute and perhaps the troublesome harmonica.

John jZo Jaunzo Smolinski is from Detroit. Poet, singer, artist, drummer and ultimate groovemeister. He has played with some big cats over the years and also has a predilection for the critters as he runs an outdoor hotel room for a feral feline named Geronimo among other propensities. He creates beautiful sound journeys here: https://www.youtube.com/@johnsmolinski9624

Mark G. Schaaf is from Cleveland. Composer, rhythm ace, playing the box instrument called the Cajon. Has been providing groove and imagination for ensembles that have enlightened many good halls. He now works with a Samba ensemble that is providing the joy of music and imagination for the people there. Some of his vibraphone compositions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wDVmYUV_TaQ

D. O. Smith returned recently back to PA. Artist, drummer, singer, improviser of vernacular things. Thumping on drums and singing as a wee child, the path was set before him. His flights of imagination are here: douglasoliversmith.com
