Meet the Cast of “5 Lesbians Eating a Quiche”

This is the last weekend to see 5 Lesbians Eating a Quiche. Lets meet the five actresses leading the Society this weekend.

Kaleigh White (Lulie Stanwyck) is excited to be back onstage at MCT. She first worked with MCT in 2016, performing in “An Alternative X-Mas.” Prior to that, she performed in many shows in high school, and a few at The Academy. She graduated from Allegheny College in 2022 with a BA in theater and marketing informatics. She worked in her college’s costume shop for four years, working on such shows as Urinetown, In the Next Room, Sweat, Bourbon at the Border, and She Kills Monsters. For her baccalaureate thesis, she analyzed Google search data relating to Hamilton: An American Musical and heavily researched the history of American musicals on Broadway, as well as how musicals are marketed in today’s world. After graduation, she worked a few different professional theater costume jobs before finding herself back home in Crawford County to take care of her family. She loves all things costumes, and is also a makeup artist and avid hooker – that is, she crochets. She also does drag, and spends time advocating for herself and others who are also disabled and/or autistic. She also does some freelance reporting for The Community News. If you’re feeling bored, you can see her portfolio website at www.kaleighjwhite.com.

Abby Stine (Wren Robin) is excited to bring this show to life at MCT. Her previous experiences with MCT include assistant director for “Small Jokes About Monsters,” on stage in “Amare: A Cabaret Night,” and as stage manager for “Sweet Tea and Baby Dreams.” Outside of MCT, Abby has been on stage since she was 11, with her most notable roles as Joseph Pulitzer in “Newsies” with FCCT, and Lady Miriam in “The Legends of Robin Hood, Sort of” with CASH Drama.

Amber Potts (Ginny Cadbury) has spent the majority of her life as a performer; her world is truly her stage! She has a fondness for MCT’s eclectic vibe and intimate setting. She has developed several unique and fun characters here, and “Ginny” is no exception. She looks forward to shows in the future “building and grounds facility” locale, and also to “repopulating” the new “community [theatre] center” many times over. It’s a “society” she holds near and dear to her heart and will surely NOT keep it a secret.

Julia Bartosek (Dale Prist) is excited to get back on stage for 5 Lesbians Eating a Quiche! It has been a couple years since she’s been in the light, but she’s been hidden in her dark corner working as the lights and sound tech for a couple shows here at MCT (Heathers, Drop Dead, and The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time). She’s excited to be back on stage with some old friends and new faces!

Olivia Adkins (Vern Schultz) is dramatic. And loud. In fact, she is loudly dramatic. She’s also very involved in area theater.

She first appeared on the Arlene’s Broadway on Buffalo stage in “Four Weddings and an Elvis” and has since been in “Seussical,” “Gilligan’s Island: the Musical,” “Avenue Q,” ” One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest,” among other roles. She is also a fixture in the Noble Art Entertainment theater productions at Geneva on the Lake and has a key administrative role at the Great Lakes Medieval Faire.

Olivia plays Vern in “5 Lesbians Eating A Quiche,” her first role with MCT.
